No-Show Policy

A “no show” is someone who fails to show up for a confirmed appointment and fails to notify Mediservice at least 24 hours before the appointment time.

A failure to present at the time of a scheduled appointment will be recorded in the patient’s file and a no show fee of $75 will be charged to the patient, or the company that booked the confirmed appointment at Mediservice.
