Mediservice was founded in 1984 by Dr. Robert Perlman, BSc, MDCM, CCFP, FCFP, AME, our Clinic Director. Dr. Perlman holds degrees in Psychology and Medicine from McGill University, and is certified in Family Medicine (1981-McGill) and Aviation Medicine (2000-King’s College, London, UK). He received a Fellowship of the College of Family Medicine in 2004.

Laser Physio
Laser Physio uses Low Intensity Light Therapy, also known as “L.I.L.T. “.
Laser Physio treatment is safe. There are no serious side effects from low level laser. The treatments are not painful. We do not use high power laser intended for surgery. Our machines have been approved by Health Canada, the United States F.D.A., and the European Union (CE).
Sleep Apnea Program
Mediservice and our Partner, OSR Medical Inc. have teamed up to offer highly professional and rapid evaluation for sleep disorders, in particular Obstructive Sleep Apnea (O.S.A.).
Sleep Apnea is a relatively common sleep disorder causing daytime fatigue and diminished cognitive function.
Osteopath
Dmitri Naiman, Osteopath, is trained in medicine (Russia), physiotherapy (Israel), and Osteopathy (Quebec). Dmitri provides full osteopathic treatment plans to Mediservice patients.
Dmitri’s main clinical focus is in restoring mobility and reducing pain in inured spines and large joints, using traditional osteopathic techniques acquired over extensive training.
Psychology
Dr. Ian Bradley, a McGill staff member is a highly experienced American Board Certified Clinical Psychologist with over twenty-five years of practice in private as well as hospital-based practice.
For most of his career, he was the Chief Psychologist at the Royal Victoria Hospital where de developed clinics to treat anxiety and depression using Cognitive Behaviour Therapy or CBT.
Massotherapy
Marie-France Sarrazin obtained her diploma in massage therapy at the Kiné-Concept institute. She works with the medical team at Mediservice to provide an integrated health service.
Marie-France uses the Swedish massage technique to help relieve tight or painful muscles. Muscles are treated from origin to insertion, one segment at a time, using techniques which maximize muscle relaxation. When muscles are relaxed, they can be more easily stretched.
